U.S. Travel visa application, business as usual

I have many clients asking me whether they should postpone the application because of President Trump's visa ban.

In the United States embassies around the world, the business of applying for a tourist visa is as usual.Only when you are from the following countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Syria and Yemen. There is no policy change in terms of the criteria for obtaining approval.

In fact, I just asked a candidate to email me to show his approval.

A Family Vacation to the United States, Finally!

We had always wanted to visit our grandchild in the US. However, the stories that we hear of many denials from others made us hesitate. We have also heard that not all of the family members in the application are given visa approvals. The fees, especially if applying as a family discouraged us also from pursuing it. US VISA COACH gave us the encouragement and confidence to finally pursue the dream! Yes, all four (4) of us in the family got the 10 yr visas!

The nationals of India, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia, who possess a valid visa (including an electric one) (**) or permanent resident certificate issued by U.S.A., Canada, Japan, U.K., Schengen Convention countries, Australia or New Zealand, are eligible for the visa exemption program, which permits a duration of stay up to 30 days. Those who meet the above qualification and have never been employed in Taiwan as blue-collar workers have to apply to the “Advance Online Registration System for the Visitors of Nationals from Five Southeast Asian Countries to Taiwan” of the R.O.C. National Immigration Agency (website: https://niaspeedy.immigration.gov.tw/nia_southeast/) for an “Authorization Certificate” before coming to Taiwan. After completion, the printed-out Certificate can be used by the foreign visitor for boarding the airplane and the immigration inspection.
